Ellipsus does not currently have public profiles or social networking/discovery features, nor are we able to share information about other Ellipsus users' accounts for the purpose of finding collaborators, beta readers, etc.
We would recommend joining groups relevant to your writing interests and participating in those communities, both to find collaborators and to improve your writing experience!
