Sometimes, a single work—usually your active WIP that you need right now—decides it's not going to cooperate. This is usually caused by a local storage issue or expired authorization token, and fortunately is an easy fix in most cases.
First, a couple of quick confirmation questions:
Are you able to access it on another device?
Are you able to access it on another browser or a private browsing session on that device?
If so, a few things to try:
Only after ensuring your work has synced and exporting a copy of your logs and site data (available in your settings page) from the device and browser where this occurred, clear your site data for Ellipsus on the device/browser where you're having trouble.
From another device/browser, try duplicating the work and see if you're able to use that version.
From another device/browser, export the work as markdown, then import it back into Ellipsus as a new document.
If you cannot access it anywhere, or those steps do not work, submit a support ticket. We will need the URL of the work (as well as the logs and data you downloaded) in order to investigate.
